“We were visiting Disney as part of our trip and only needed a one night hotel stay after a day at Disney. Due to this factor, I needed to be able to check in really late in the evening. The staff was very accommodating and even asked if I had any special requests, to which I asked for the lower level since we had a one year old and lots of luggage. The gentleman gave me the bigger room and gave me the first floor. He was very kind and I super appreciated his helpfulness! Made for a very smooth……

“Lived the hotel was remolded. Stayed years ago for an anniversary. This was 28th anniversary and we got 2 cute snippy buttons saying we were celebrating our anniversary..fun and cute to wear. Check in was smooth and easy. Cristina had a great attitude and super friendly. Appreciated the opportunity to upgrade to a larger room for a reasonable rate and so happy to have been able to purchase park tickets for $52 each since we were guests. .
