“Es un hostal muy sencillo pero muy limpio y los colchones muy cómodos, había sobres de champú y gel en el baño, cosa que se agradece mucho. Sencillo, limpio y cómodo, sin locuras pero bien para el precio, perfecto para una noche, como fue nuestro caso.”

“this was our second stay at the Hotel Gran Playa within a year, we checked in late due to flight delays from Madrid to Alicante in the historic (el Apagon) black out in Spain the receptionist explained about the black out and no electricity no lights in our room tired and hungry from the ordeal and no bars or restaurants to go to, a lovely lady getting ready to go home after her shift I was asking where we can get something to eat offered us pizza from the kitchen i think her name is Mercy,……

“The hotel was excellent in general but the breakfast was not upto standard. The waiters were excellent but the cooked 'hot' breakfast was cold on both mornings. The city was lovely, well worth a visit, especially the old town, which was about a 15 minute stroll away from the hotel”
