“I booked the Kairaba Aqua Mondo hotel with Expedia and it was a non-refnudable booking which I totally understand. However, it baffles me that they could not make an exception or any sort of consideration for me. Here's what happened: I was going on a Suez canal cruise with my mum for her birthday in Nov 2023 and a couple weeks before the cruise MSC Cruise line decided it was too dangerous to go from Marseille France to Luxor Egypt via Suez, so they cancelled the cruise due to the geopolitical……

“Otelin konumu Hurgadaya çok uzak. Alternatif ulaşım sorun. Çalışanlar hep güler yüzlü, çalışkan ve sizi evinizde hissettiriyor. Otel biraz eski. Belli ki bakıma ihtiyacı var. Odada bazı aksamlarda sorun var ama büyütülecek kadar değil. Yemekler ve hizmet bir harika. Dalış kulübü ise verdiği sözleri tutmadı. Eğer program yapacaksanız mutlaka yazılı olarak talep edin. Genel olarak iyi bir otel. çalışanlara müteşekkirim. ”
