“Loved the all inclusive vacation package. The hotel facilities were, in general, clean and well maintained. There was quite a bit of afternoon rain so there were wet areas around the building steps that made walking hazardous. It would be good to look at elevator options for each building to allow easier access for residents needing a safer balance.”

“Our stay at Princess Senses was amazing! Things started off rocky but the staff took care of us! There's a little bit of everything to do. Food is great. Entertainment is on point, Views are to die for! Spa service is great. Big shout out to Clive at the front desk, Andrew the bellman supervisor, waiting staff and guest services. They went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I had a great stay. For sure we'll be returning soon, probably with our kiddos to the grand side. Highly……

“Great place to stay! We stayed in the Libra. Ocean view right out your front door. Ivan’s restaurant has excellent food and great views. Staff couldn’t be better. Booked couple excursions and took care of it all. Hard to get out of the ocean with the waves but even the lifeguard was there to help. Not the busy all-inclusive. Very relaxing vacation. A must stay!”

The only issue was the overwhelming scent of mildew as soon as our room door opened, so much so that our belongings smell like mildew after our departure. Everything will need washed/aired out but overlooking that - the stay was PERFECT. ”
