“We stayed at the Gateway Lodge in Donegal during our travels in Ireland. The onsite parking was convenient and easily accessible. Hotel is just a short walk to town with several dinner options. We ate at The Olde Castle Bar - seafood was fantastic! Donegal castle is just a few min walk from the hotel!”

“Amazing place! Cute little place that has been remodeled to provide very comfortable and modern rooms. Everything was new and high quality, clean and comfortable, modern and well maintained - but in a cute historic building very close to all the retaurants and sights in town. We had a suite with a separate seating area with a fire place, a deck with a private hot tub (delightful way to end the day!), and a view of the river and a bit of the bay. Lots of tasty dining options in town, and……

“Rooms are clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable. Arrived with a flat tire and the front desk staff were very helpful in calling a garage for assistance. Great location for exploring the region. ”

“Beautiful cottage, we were here during Darragh but it was warm and comfortable . Only thing I would say is if you don’t know how to light a peat fire research it , lol we had Donagle family to show us the way. But it was wonderful staying here, you can’t go wrong especially if you have a large group with all the bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again ”

“Quietly stumbled upon this B&B while looking for a place in the area for my short visit to the area. It was beautiful property up a slight hill. The view I had while eating breakfast was absolutely beautiful. Dining options were close enough to walk, but driving would be best. Noreen was so very accommodating, even so much as to let me use her phone to make a call to previous hotel where I forgot something behind. Only minor issue was wifi connectivity in my room, which must have been at the……
