“The Brooklodge is a beautiful hotel and the grounds are immaculate and lovely to walk around. It is a lovely old style building with a separate building called "brookhall" that has rooms and a geothermal pool. There is an amazing restaurant called the Strawberry tree restaurant, a great leisure centre. Overall, i think it is a little gem and off the beaten track but it is a must see. There is also a lovely quaint looking church beside a river stream-ideal for weddings. ”

“This was a renovated castle. It was close to restaurants, within 10 minutes, very clean. There is no office to check in but the owner has camera to know when you arrive and meets you. Would recommend to anyone looking for something different!”

“We had an unforgettable stay at Kilkea Castle! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the stunning grounds and historic charm of the property. We stayed in Carriage Room 230, which was beautiful and had great viewst thanks to windows on all sides.
