“The shower drain age was blocked and the hotel only provided customers with paper cups in their rooms not to mention they gave us 2 only despite there are 3 people staying in the room. Never thought a 4 star hotel would serve paper cups to clients. Additionally, there wasn’t a kettle in the room. ”

“The lobby staff is nice, but they brought us to the wrong room, the air conditioner doesn't work, strong painting smell after renovation (better put a lemon in a room) Room is not big, can't fully open two big suitcases The best thing in the hotel is the view when you Hv breakfast outdoor. “Giulia was an excellent host. Extremely attentive and ready to help. The B&B was in excellent condition. Nicely furnished, including a well appointed kitchen. About a 12 minute walk from the center of town - steep climb. No choice but most places are only accessible by walking unless you want to stay near the town center. ”

“If you have limited time in Capri and you wish to go to the Blue Grotto and Monte Solaro Chairlift, please don't stay at this hotel as it is not closed to both attractions. After arriving at the pier from ship, it take you 15mins for travelling taxi and 10 mins walk to hotel. It is very inconvenient! Renting a scooter in hotel cost €80per day, but other shops cost us €55 per day. Will u still rent in hotel? The room is very clean, quiet and decorated, I can't sleep more better. However,……
