“Not all rooms have air conditioning, only a ceiling fan.We were there in early May, before the real heat begins. The rooms can get really hot even at this time of the year. When we asked at the reception desk, the young man at the counter blatantly lied and said that NON of the rooms had A/C! We were ready check out and go somewhere else but the lady at the reception desk in charge of the morning shift (sorry, we didn't get her name), she was super nice, she had one of the staff members show us……

“I am glad I picked this hotel and I definitely recommend it for staying within walking distance to El Centro, Restaurants, Shopping, Mercado de Artesanías, banks, ATM’s…Excellent service from the time we walked in! Estrella at front desk and staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great communication prior to arrival. The rooms were nice and the whole property super clean, the breakfast was ok and included. Amazing rooftop with nice views and pool. Would stay again!”

“Hotel itself was nice but it is isolated and you can't walk to the city center or anything of interest. There is a shuttle until about 5:00-5:30 but I wouldn't have stayed if I had realized it.”

“The staff was very friendly. The room was cleaned daily. The water took a minute or two to warm in temperature, but it stayed the correct temperature after you entered the shower. My first room did not have an air conditioner - only a ceiling and floor fan. I was moved to another room with an air conditioner. The temperatures in San Miguel de Allende are pretty cool throughout the day, so having the fans were not a major problem. I just preferred having the option to use an air……
