“I was impressed with the level of service offered by staff. I was disappointed to be awakened by roofers pounding in nails above my head early Friday morning. The banging sounds shocked me awake! I informed the manager about this matter.”
“Stains could be seen everywhere, the floor was not vacuumed, leading to food on the ground. There was a weird scent looming within the room and the stain ridden beds were uncomfortable.”
“They gave my room to another one. I stand in front of front desk one half hour and waited to solve.
The room has bedbugs then they gave me a new room, but i sitll was bited.
No hairdryer”
