“Quiet and comfortable”

“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This……

“Stains could be seen everywhere, the floor was not vacuumed, leading to food on the ground. There was a weird scent looming within the room and the stain ridden beds were uncomfortable.”

“The sink was blocked, and next to 201 there was a laundry room, which was still making noises at night.”

“The ice machine was broken. Even when the curtains were closed, the street lights came into my room very brightly.”

“They gave my room to another one. I stand in front of front desk one half hour and waited to solve. The room has bedbugs then they gave me a new room, but i sitll was bited. No hairdryer”

“The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.”
