“Warm welcome to the hotel, with a nice coffee shop and wine bar on the ground floor. The hotel was well maintained, and always smelt fresh. Room service was around everyday, would have like a door sign to indicate when we wanted room service or were happy without, and also the shower leaked under the door, but otherwise, we enjoyed the stay. ”

“We loved our stay, Annes hospitality was amazing! She was very helpful giving us tips on the best places in San Sebastian, along with doing our laundry and even managed to get red wine stains out of my partners white clothes. Thanks again Anne for everything!”

“Es muy comodo, un poco alejado del centro pero un bus que pasa cada 5 munutos te lleva en 13 minutos al centro.... no .e gusto porque tu e que regresar de madrugada de un concierto y en san sebastian no funciona uber y me toco caminar 50.minutos del estadio al hotel”

“房間非常的小，但是看起來乾淨，旅館的服務人員素質不太一樣，有些很好，有些沒那麼好！當場加早餐，付過錢了，但是最後一天要離開的時候又要跟我們要一遍，好險有溝通，後來沒有收，但是每次去吃早餐的時候有付錢，不知為何電腦系統還會記錄沒付”
