“When I checked in at 2 PM, the front desk lady was very nice friendly and efficient. Although when I checked out and I wanted to make sure they knew of the things in my room that needed repair fixing or maintenance a different woman from when I checked in was very author Tory power hungry, and didn’t listen to a word I said instead she discipline me treating me like a child telling me that I needed to tell the front desk as soon as a problem occurred. “I like this hotel very much, not only has a very good location, but also the service staff is very friendly and warm.”

“I recently stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott Philadelphia Airport and overall had a very pleasant experience — the staff was friendly, my room was clean, and everything went smoothly. The only thing that caught me off guard was the $12 parking charge for guests. If that fee had been clearly noted in the reservation policy, it wouldn’t have been such a curveball. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my stay and appreciated the hospitality.”
