“Vivian at check-in was super friendly & made sure to offer us the most ideal room available. They allowed us to check-in 30 minutes early without question. The room was stocked with towels & coffee. She let us know breakfast would be available between 6-9 the next morning. ”

“Property was under renovation so there was construction dust and materials laying around. Staff was extremely nice and I’m sure that after renovations are completed it will be a wonderful hotel. Very convenient to all services. So other than the renovations being done the hotel was great. Affordable and over all a pleasant stay. ”

“The staff went above and beyond from the moment I checked in. We were there for my mom’s 90th birthday to do some antique shopping and thrifting. Everyone was so sweet and kind to us. They told us about nice places to shop. The breakfast was great, the room was spacious and spotless. I’ve stayed at many hotels in my travels and it’s in the top three hotels for the facility but the staff is number one! I wish I could give them higher than a 5 ⭐️!”

“I did not like that they charged $75 dollars extra when I never used room service, housekeeping, did not use the coffee and I ran out of lotion. Like someone added an extra 75 dollars because they had access to it.”
