“Very nice staff, clean rooms will definitely stay here again ”

“Upon entry we were greeted with smiling faces from members of the staff. We appreciate the clear and concise explanation of the amenities and check out procedures. ”

“I took an Uber from the airport and had my bags with me. It was too early for check-in but the clerk had no problem holding my bags for me. The hotel is near an outdoor mall with some dining options and I found something to eat while I waited. I checked in early (again, very accommodating) and found my room spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Finally, there was actually good water pressure in the shower. One reason I am not fond of traveling is the lousy water pressure, but this……

“I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.”

“I said I need a quiet room far away from the road, but the lady still gave me the room so close to the road, I pretty sure there is lot empty rooms in the motel . So I can’t sleep well at night cause the noise!”
