“We encountered a rude and rude receptionist. After we checked out that day, we left our luggage at the hotel in the afternoon. When we came back to collect our luggage at four o'clock, we wanted to use the bathroom. The front desk clerk said in a very stiff tone: No! There are no public toilets, you have to use the ones in your room. We just checked out at noon and immediately fell out. “The front desk was just doing her job, not so friendly to me. The corridor of 2nd floor is replacing the wall paper, not bother me but just feel odds. The room is clean and the breakfast is good, but no so many guests, I think is because of the location of this hotel.”

“Very good location. Although we were assigned room on Ground floor But the room is quite. This turned out to a big surprise, as our car just parked outside of wondow, gym room and breakfast room just next door. We arrived earlier and our room was ready in a minute without any question asked. Within 10 minutes we were in Premium Outlet, entertainment and shopping mall. We loved to stay in Hampton Inn.”
