“In the first night, the room is terrible. The furniture is in bad condition. The room is old and dirty. However, the hotel staff knows our feelings. They changed another room for us next day. That one was completely different. That room was excellent. All the negative comments in the last room changed to positive comments would be the right comments in the next day.”

“Well, our family planned a trip to Banff National park, the third largest park in the world. We booked the hotel for six nights. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was quite nice, she helped us check in. When I had some questions regarding my rental car deals, she and another staff also helped me a lot. “I spent 4 nights here in a mixed dorm for 6 people. The room is still quite spacious and is attached with bathroom. The staff are very friendly and helpful with your questions. The breakfast is also a plus. You can make yourself sandwiches and even muffins. There are plenty of tea, coffee, milk available. 5 mins walk to down town. This is the best choice of hostel for a budget backpacker to stay. ”
