“Big room, simple and comfortable”

“Great stay rooms were clean beds comfortable. Front desk staff was stellar!! ”

“The "water park," is both the biggest plus for the place; it is also the bearer of the harshest criticism. To call it a water park is a stretch, it's more of an indoor pool with a public park spray ground attached and a rusty, rickety slide tacked on, that is only open part time. The kid had tons of fun in it, and that was what mattered. She's young, older children will be disappointed. The front desk staff were welcoming, attentive and kind, while the housekeeping staff were pretty absent……

“Stayed one night. Staff were great. Fantastic breakfast. Lobby and breakfast area nice. Room was kind of old musty smelling. Older room for sure. Small. Bed was good. Elevator out on check out which was a huge pain with mobility struggles for my husband and all our stuff. Everyone going up and down stairs at same time. Too expensive for sure but you’re paying for downtown KC. ”

“After reading some of the reviews I was a little hesitant to stay but now I'm glad I did. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Our room was clean and recently updated. We had hot showers. The place was quiet and the beds fairly comfortable. I will be staying there again. ”
