“The property is a mini animal sanctuary, with many agouti running around and sloths hanging in the trees. Many birds and frogs and even a kinkajou, although hard to spot. The hosts are very nice and helpful, Marise will make sure you and comfortable and Pierre will tell you all about the wildlife. “It’s a family run business and the owner was super nice and helpful , the property was peaceful , the only noise was the wild animals on the property like howler monkeys and lots of exotic bird species , the owner prepared a papaya from the tree right in front of our room , it was delicious. I would recommend this property for people that want a truly Costa Rican experience without all the crowds of the towns . Loved our stay at Casa Conley 10 out of 10 , can’t wait to visit again ✌”

“It was only a couple of nights - but what a gem of a place! The first thing you see coming in the gate is the lush & gorgeous tropical landscape - all the greens with pops of color from the flowers - even cacao pods! There are various outdoor ‘rooms’, spaces to sit alone or together - magic when lit at night. The kitchen is well appointed. Easy to cook. Maverick, the hotel front desk concierge, was very friendly and patient with us. He welcomed us on our first day and answered all of our questions.
