“The property is located about 15 minutes from the Lucerne train station. When we checked in, the registration was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They asked if we’re going to eat and when we said yes, they said they would have a table waiting for us in the attached restaurant. The room was large and very clean. Beautiful views overlooking lake Lucerne. We were able to have a set on the outside patio which was fantastic. The only issue was the a/c unit. It cooled very well but……

“拖著行李從engelberg車站到飯店，10min左右。 從飯店到附近一家coop超市不到5min。 有間自助餐廳，可惜只開午餐時間和下午茶點心。 double room有點小，房間乾淨簡單，早餐的選擇少。”

“一般呀…住的离湖和火车站比较近，晚上非常安静。但是三楼318的Wi-Fi基本不能使用。也没拖鞋啥的，床舒适度一般，住一两天凑合一下还行”

“離車站約8-10分鐘路程，住宿附近即是教堂聖誕市集，走到琉森湖也是一兩分鐘，逛商圈也很方便。但若要走到獅子紀念碑附近逛就有一小段距離了。 客房整潔舒適，美中不足沒有電梯，搬運行李爬高樓層很不方便。 另外，客房服務有註明可以寄放行李，不過實際上卻要加收10法郎的費用，又是一筆額外支出。不過相較於要去車站賭有無寄放空間是方便許多。”

“Felt at home and it was great to chat with young, intelligent, enthusiastic, and energized international guests.”

“We were in Austria but the rains closed all the trains. We decided to go to the Interlaken area. Hotel Alpenrose was the only hotel that wasn’t double our budget. It is really more of a cozy bed and breakfast than a hotel. It was a little bit out of the way but the trains are so easy in Switzerland than it wasn’t an issue. The ride back gave us time to get caught on emails and send pictures and texts friends and family. We would stay there again. ”

“With free parking area just opposite to hotel. Nice staff and room is clean. 5mins walk to supermarket. Sharing shower room and toilet are also clean, too. Peaceful to stay.”
