“The staff of the hotel are too young and not experienced. The reception staff changes almost every other day. It is not good for the guests, who look for stability and home feelings. The cleaning staff are not experienced too and throw away my expensive and important tooth bracket when cleaning.”

“Wir haben mit unserer kleinen Familie (inkl. Baby) ein paar wunderbare Tage im Hotel in Engelberg verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und perfekt auch mit Baby ausgestattet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal – man hat sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich – es wurde sogar auf unsere Wünsche mit Baby Rücksicht genommen. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung, die wir gerne……
