“This hotel is situated in a bougie little area that seems to be referred to as Ballantyne. As many times as I have driven up to and stayed in Charlotte, I never knew about it and it is quite nice! The hotel itself is very clean and modern and is tucked away from a main road that has easy access to I-485. Everything around here feels nice and new and there are plenty of nice dining options nearby. The staff were very friendly, always saying hello in the halls and making sure everything was……

“The room had a mold smell and the curtain was ripped and i thought they came every day to switch towels and change bedding but tou have to call the front desk 24 hrs before so they know tou want tour room cleaned”
