“JBR is always nice and the proximity to the area was amazing. Nonetheless, the hostel felt very run-down and the people checking us in almost seemed like they had no idea what was going on with our reservation. They were nice, but the check-in process was abysmal. ”

“The hotel refused to give us a room despite having made the reservation 2 months in advance. They just said that the reservation wasn’t valid arbitrarily. Thankfully the hotels.com customer service stepped in and got us a room at another hotel. ”

“It is in a nice and convenient part of town. They did not have good directions for getting into the property. Did not even explain that there was another bathroom to use with a shower which would have been nice considering the bathrooms were always occupied. Worth the stay, but could have been better. ”

“The hotel is in a good location, close to the metro station, bus stop, many restaurants and convince stores around and walking distance to the Mall of Emirates. The area feels safe. The apartments are of a good size, I liked the layout of the one we were staying, which was 1 bedroom apartment. I agree with other reviews about need of an upgrade. The furniture, bathrooms and floors are outdated. A renovation is scheduled since April 2024 until the end of the year. With a good upgrade, that would……
