“The front desk people were amazing, especially the ladies that were apparently the shift starting around 10pm or so. I wish I got the person’s name who came on at that time. The rooms have a cool layout. The only bad things I have to say are that the front desk had to let us into the pool bc whoever is in charge hasn’t bothered to change it to where guests can access the pool after 10. It closes at 12:00 ”

“room did not have water on the 18th and needed to get ready for graduation ceremony. the staff provided access to another room to allow us to shower, but would have been nice to have received a discount on the room rate as well.”

“They need to teach staff not to pick up the phone and hang up on callers. It happened to me a half dozen times as I was a late check in and called ahead to make those arrangements and was nearly denied access upon arrival. Hanging up on a customer who has already paid for their room and is trying to check in is unacceptable, I don’t care what time it is!”

“When I booked a room for the next two nights, the price was decent. When I got into a jam i was charged 2x more. Not fair. Every hotel did the same”

“The hot tub was not working. I went to the front desk and asked the guy up at the front desk about. He said he would send the maintenance man out to take a look at it but he never came so we couldn't use the spa. The ladies who worked the desk Friday and Saturday were awesome. The breakfast was ok and the variety was good. Overall I would stay here again.”
