“The location is great, staff was helpful when checking in and when my room key didn’t work, the rooms were clean, breakfast was good but some stuff ran out (there was a lot of people there so it’s to be expected and staff tried to keep up). I also felt safe in the area and in my room. I will be recommending and returning here.”

“Booked the room then read the reviews, and got nervous. Our experience was good. Clean place. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to show up at the desk. Got checked in and went to the room to find that the a/c was not working. Went and reported it and the maintenance man was there in under 2 minutes. He fixed it but it took forever to cool the room. Beds were ok, shower was good. Breakfast was quite lacking. Eggs that are cooked right there on the counter and the gravy was straight out……

“We had a wonderful stay. So many food options and shopping close by. The breakfast was great with multiple options and choices available. The only down side was the pool was cold and the hot tub was not nearly hot enough. Kids didn’t care about the pool temps but the parents did. Outside of that I would give a 10/10!! ”

“I’ve been to Omaha for the USAT Multisport festival two years in a row, and Ive stayed at Sonesta ES Suites both times. Its a great value!! Walk to Target for groceries, walk to Red Lobster for great dinners. UBER for everything else.”

“For what we paid it was fine, but you would think as a owner of a company you would make sure room still looked nice. As there was a hole in the door, the door wasn't the right size for the frame (so it didnt close), the cabinets under the sink had the outer cover broken off, and there was always water ofnthe floor. The stairs were concrete up to the 2nd floor which were breaking down.”
