“The lobby was beautiful, yet when we went to the second floor, it was more dated. In our room we had a significant faucet leak in our bathroom, and then the toilet seat was broken. It was late, so we did not request a change. The front desk host was kind. The next morning, the men’s room did not have toilet paper, which left a negative impression. The stay was decent because the staff was nice.”

“Our Stay was really nice, everything was taken care of for us. They were unable to take a gift debit card for our stay which we had planned to use. We couldn't understand as we could use those debit cards everywhere else.”
