“The breakfast staff was excellent.”

“It was fine. Room stayed cool and beds were comfortable enough. But the bathroom floor was noticeably dirty when we arrived. We were there for 5 nights, and our room (AND my travel companion's room) was only cleaned ONCE--on our last day, and the bathroom floor was still dirty. We had to go to the front desk twice during our stay for clean towels and toilet paper. I'll still give it a decent rating, but the hotel definitely needs to get with the program.”

“1. I booked a room online, which stated there were no additional fees. However, upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded an extra fee for processing check-in! 2. Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange……

“The staff moves me to a king suite after realizing the toilet in my room was not working. That was very amazing customer service!”

“It was very clean, had yummy cookies in the lobby, and we got one free uber ride a day for joining the free rewards program!”
