“Avid Hotel had everything we needed in a hotel. It was very clean, and everyone was friendly. I would stay there again.”

In the room we stayed in, the handle in the bathtub/shower was hard to turn on, felt loose in the wall, water pressure not the best and the vent in ceiling was falling down. Be leary of the elevator, as we got to our floor, there was a big bump when it stopped amd when elevator opened you could still see it was moving. Going down the elevator there was a huge jolt when it hit the bottom floor. ……

“Very nice place to stay but... The small Asian lady servicing the breakfast area was obnoxiously loud and intrusive with guests. She definitely stepped over the line for "friendliness". Nothing she said was bad or offensive. It was just so loud and distracting at 8:00 in the morning. People just want to wake up and enjoy a nice breakfast in peace. However, it was rather entertaining when she stepped into the trash can to compact the trash down. :-)”
