“The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby and reception nice and the breakfast was good. Coffee and tea was available in the lobby at all times. The room was nice, but not exceptional. Microwave and refrigerator were both clean and handy. The bathroom needed some updating in the shower with more grab bars and a curtain. I did like the shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Mattress was firmer than I like and I had a hard time getting to sleep. I also wish that the pillows were a standard……

“Night staff was amazing! Turned on the sauna for my son after the tournament so he could recover. I was made aware of a prior leak in the room and the room had a musty smell but we could manage with it. The issue was the morning when we woke up to a room infested with ants. They were in the beds, chargers, bags and shoes. I made the front desk aware. They offered nothing to make up for it and barely an apology, sadly. I hope they spray asap and can manage the smell damage from the prior leak. ”

“I've stayed at Woodspring Suites several times off & on since 2022 & each time [including most recent], the property was clean, front desk staff were EXTREMELY friendly, helpful & professional. Plus, the housekeeping staff did an EXCELLENT job of cleaning & supplying my room with towels & fresh linen! Worth EVERY penny I spent! ”

“I have traveled extensively, but I have never encountered a hotel with such a multitude of issues. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by individuals at the front desk using profanity and appearing to be under the influence of substances. The front desk staff member made a concerted effort to manage the situation. After receiving the keys to our room, we walked down the hallway, which had a noticeable odor of cigarettes and marijuana. We entered our room to find a full bed without a……

“If you want a quiet luxurious getaway. This is the place. Stellar service, beautiful bedding and ambiance. Delicious breakfast basket and ample complimentary mini bar. ”

“Beautiful apartment in a hip spot. Very comfy bed. A little pricey, but we were in town for a concert and all the hotels in the area were expensive. Note that the Marrakech restaurant downstairs started loud karaoke at 8:30am on Saturday morning, but thankfully we were already awake!”
