“Hotel was nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were perfect. The area was a little sketchy.”

In this business where good hospitality manners are essential, Mr. Michael front desk attendant doesn’t have any skills, real bad customer service. He is a liability to this industry.☹️”

“Our stay was good. Compared with other hotels we’ve stayed at it rates about average with one exception, it’s over priced for what it offers. We’ve stayed in nicer hotels, with better accommodations, for less than half the price. ”
