“The Hotel is located in a great location. Would have given a possibly a higher review, IF they had not been remodeling the Hotel during our stay. Our first two days of stay were great! The last night, the construction crew was working very late, I went to the front desk and complained, time was after 10:30 p.m.. The next morning, they were at it again. Time was prior to 7:00 a.m.. This was not enjoyable while on vacation. Complained but have heard nothing back from management or owner. The pool……

“Must give it a try, even though look sketchy. Served continental breakfast is perfect. If you don’t like, option were accross the street. Our room was clean as expected. We got the one with kitchenette. Microwave is high though. Lol. I’m short. Quiet area if you want to be outside downtown Manitou. 2mins drive to Safeway grocery. Overall ”

“This is an old hotel with minimal upgrading. There are only a few rooms set side by side in a row above a very busy road. The rooms are clean and well kept. The property manager on check in must have mentioned no smoking 8 times in my 5 minute conversation, also the reason he gave for asking for a $100 deposit on my card. I appreciate the no smoking policy, I agreed with it, but it felt accusatory, and I don't smoke! Customer service fell short.”
