“Super close to beach access. Room was very nice and super clean. Loved that it had a full kitchen and sitting area. Only thing was the room was next to stairwell so could hear everyone going up and down. Property had parking and elevator. Would stay again.”

“The check in was super easy. It is a nice house in a great location. There were a few things different from any stays I've had before: food in the fridge and cupboards, a full dish of pet food in the middle of the kitchen floor, empty beer can in the sink, the upstairs was blocked off but the lights were on and a window was open (which was odd to come back to at night), no binder with info inclucing wifi password, if we needed to strip beds, etc. One bathroom was very dirty and I had to clean……

“Finding the rental,parking and getting into the unit was super simple and well explained. We enjoyed being on the third floor because the view of the ocean was a nice bonus. The building was quiet and all the other guests were friendly and quiet. The kitchen had most of the basics but we didn't intend to do a lot of cooking. The blender was a nice touch but we could have used a vegetable steamer. We really enjoyed the location! It was so easy to walk to the beach with our gear and even go……

“Unobstructed, beach views and steps to the beach. Large deck off of the living room with comfortable chairs for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails.The primary bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen was not fancy, but it was well stocked.Communication with the rental people was seamless.There are about 15 steps from the parking spot to the front door; FYI.We would definitely stay here again when we return to Topsail Beach.”
