“We went to our room and then left to see the area. When we returned to our room, our tv would not work properly. The gentleman, Mark, working at the front desk; came to our room and did everything to make the tv work. When it wouldn't, he moved us to an upgraded room at no extra charge. He made sure everything was perfect in the new room. He was so gracious and helpful. Breakfasts were very good, too. Great location to walk in Ligonier. We will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants……

“We went up for Groundhog Day and got a perfectly nice hotel room for the nights we were there. Wish we had access to the closed bar and grill just so we had somewhere to sit and eat dinner, but the beds were comfy and great for what we needed!”

“Working at luxury properties for a long time has made me very aware of the ins and outs of small facilities like this. The lake inn was fantastic. Very easy to check in and out, the room was clean and tidy. Beds were comfy, rooms were a little outdated but for the accommodation you’re getting, Well worth the stay and price point. The individual at the office on property was quick, to the point and very polite. 10/10. If ever in the area. This will be where I’ll stay! ”
