“The woman at check in was so polite! She was willing to provide me with a cup of milk from the breakfast area at night for my toddler. Much appreciated to not have to go back out. ”

“The staff were nice and the room was clean. I've stayed in this hotel approx 4 times over the last 2-3 yrs and the only complaint I ever have, and should have brought this up sooner, is the pillows. They flatten and for me, that makes for a miserable night. My brother had the same complaint. Upgrade the pillows and I'll be happy to stay there during every trhip to B,ham.”

“Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Beds were reasonably comfortable and the continental breakfast was a plus. Cosmetic issues such as tattered bed frames, peeling paint, stains on walls, and the jerry rigged shower rod (by way of cotton swabs wedged between the wall and rod) made the cost of the stay a little overpriced in my opinion. ”

“I have learned my lesson when traveling and booked my room in advance. Check in was easy and staff friendly. Overnight stay was quiet and uneventful. Rooms have been updated. Check out was OK. Naturally, the printer didn't work and I was advised that they would forward a email receipt which they never did. Staff was not friendly upon checkout. Otherwise the stay was acceptable. ”
