“Well maintained and worth for price ”

“The Pub was well run, multiple areas to eat with family and friends, some areas outside, great for kids, quieter areas inside for a chat and coffee and very good meals. There was Parking for at least over 10 cars at the rear even though the web says there is not. The garbage bay out side in the lane car entry needs a good clean and hose out. All doors in the accommodation need rubber strip silencers to stop them banging / slamming closed and some had to be pulled to actually close as too many……

“Had a netball carnival along the road from the hotel, so the location was perfect. Despite the staff saying the music would go on until 10pm in the bar below, the room was quiet and the room felt newly renovated and the bed super comfy. Would definitely stay again.”

“Overall it was fine but there are no staff overnight and their fire alarm went off at 5am. There was no one to deactivate it so it went for a full 20 minutes before it switched off automatically.”

“Excellent stay. We have a glamping just for a night and we enjoyed the pre-arrival calls and email making sure we can find the location well. Thanks to Alison for her great hospitality by phone as well as in person, also her tour in the morning about the Sanctuary. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wish to support their work as well as to enjoy a bit of relax atmosphere in Port Stephens.”

“Maintenance needed. No bowls, 1 teaspoon, 1 dinner plate, no dishcloth. Shower hose leaking, toilet seat broken, no coat hangers. Dirty wall. Otherwise ok.”

“Great property in the middle of a beautiful gold course. You can view the sunset from the bar at the golf course and even see a few wallabies hopping around!”
