“The hotel was clean and well-appointed. We were assigned an occupied room, but the manager quickly resolved the issue as their system had been down just long enough for something to happen. He was outstanding and provided tickets for a free breakfast buffet.”

“Friendly staff, the room was nice, I love the kitchen, the dishes, and the appliances in the room. There are plenty of chairs, a a pullout bed in the sofa, and the bathroom toiletries was also nice. The king bed was comfy. We were in room 1009, and there could be a little bit more improvements. In the bathroom there were hairs on the ceiling above bathtub, there was some sticky spots on the wall and light switch, and the curtain rod had some screws coming out. Awkward moments: I had to pull……
