“Loved the location near the lake. Easy to get to town and RMNP. Had everything we needed. Appreciated the firewood and stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy too. ”

“Great location, close to the park entry. Grand Lake is beautiful. The apartment had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Overall this was a great rental. Very responsive host. Had a little bit of frustration with check in and some minor maintenance issues (appear to be recurring) we reported on checkout. ”

“Great cabin with private hot tub just out the back door. Perfect after a long day of hiking. Wonderful views of the mountains from most windows. Coffee shops, restaurants and the lake all within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay again.”

“This house was perfect for our family vacation. There plenty of space and it was great waking up in the morning and having coffee on the deck. ”

“This property was a great fairly last minute find for us. It was clean and spacious. Some of the dishes could use a little better deep clean especially the can openers. They had a lot of built up food residue. The owner was very responsive to any problems. When we arrived the couch was broken and they offered to come try to fix it the next day. I would recommend they get more hooks in the bathrooms. It was hard to find somewhere to hang all our towels since there was nine of us. The location was……

“Absolutely gorgeous inside the house!! So many cool decorative touchesAll the teenagers (my kids, nephew and my son’s GF) especially enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and “pop-a-shot”.Love the convenience to town and the lovely, LOVELY quiet at night. Would not even momentarily hesitate to stay here again. GREAT start to our vacation week.Owner was easily reachable and helped us quickly solve our one minor issue (which was of our own creation being “rental rookies”) 5 stars isn’t enough!!!”
