“The location of the cottage was great as was the cottage itself! The hosts were very communicative during check-in and out.”

“We loved Lil Fret! It was a short walk to the beach and mini golf! Super close to grocery stores and all the beach essentials. Living room was just the right size to sit around and play card games and have conversations. We had 5 teens and 2 adults and we were comfortable. The outdoor shower was awesome for getting everyone clean after coming back from the beach. We are thinking of coming back with our family and can’t recommend this place enough.”

“This is a great little Inn. It seems to still have renovations. It was clean. The doors were a concern for me. Didn’t feel secure but I didn’t see it as a problem. The water was turned off by the city and I wasn’t able to have a shower. This would have been something to inform the guests with prior to arrival or at least the morning of. ”

“We throughly enjoyed our stay! It’s only about a 5 minute walk to the public beach access and super close to lots of other great places in the area! Apartment was great for our size group. It is on the second floor of the building though which I wasn’t aware of. Luckily that didn’t matter for our group, but might for someone else. Definitely recommend though!!”

“Its only the upstairs but its very roomy and plenty of spots to sleep. The property manager was amazing and took care of my only issue right away. Very nice and quiet neighborhood and is close to the beach. Would definitely stay again.”

“This house was the perfect size for our extended family vacation with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Big living open living/kitchen/dining area where we spent most of the time in the house hanging out. The check in/check out times are not ideal at 5pm and 9am. You do have to bring pretty much all your own stuff (spices, toilet paper, hand soap etc). But overall we loved the house, it’s super close to everything and the beach. We would come again next year! ”
