“The property is very comfortable and convenient to pool and beach with children. Very clean and so quaint. The pool is great but had a few little places where the concrete was a little rough around the drain. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this cottage. ”

“We were in town for a wedding and the property allowed all of us friends/family from across the country come together in a common area! ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay…wish it was longer. Our host thought of everything for a comfortable stay and was so helpful with recommendations. We lived the twinkle lights in the bathroom and yummy snack basket! We rode bikes to breakfast, did some shopping, spent a day on the beach (chairs, umbrella and wagon included!) Did some reading and even got two paintings started for an upcoming art show! We will be back!”

Only bummer was the rainy weather one day but the place was comfortable enough to make it enjoyable. Well appointed kitchen with enough supplies to get us started. “We had a great stay! The cottage was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The decor was cozy and welcoming, and the beds were soft and comfortable. The kids’ room was thoughtfully set up. We especially enjoyed the back porch overlooking the golf course—it was such a peaceful spot to unwind. The hot tub was a great bonus and made our stay even more relaxing. Our hosts were accommodating and kept in near-instant communication, which made everything smooth and stress-free.”

“We LOVED this house and had an amazing week here. It’s in a wonderful location with quick and easy access to a beach that wasn’t ever over crowded. The bedrooms all have comfortable king size beds making this a perfect vacation house for families like ours with several adult couples. The “kids suite” as we called it was very spacious and had black out curtains which we really appreciated when putting little ones down for naps. The house was very well maintained with a fully stocked kitchen and……

“We came for the sleepy town and leashless beaches, and included local tourism to beach days such as H2OBX which has a nice "vacation pass" for when beach swimming wasnt an option due to rip tides. We still had 3 really nice beach days which was a short walk away from the house. That being said there were some down sides. Being ON duck road made the deck experience null as relaxing or sitting on your phone was drowned out from the noise from commuter traffic. Also, the decks, outside, and……
