“We had a great stay! The cottage was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The decor was cozy and welcoming, and the beds were soft and comfortable. The kids’ room was thoughtfully set up. We especially enjoyed the back porch overlooking the golf course—it was such a peaceful spot to unwind. The hot tub was a great bonus and made our stay even more relaxing. Our hosts were accommodating and kept in near-instant communication, which made everything smooth and stress-free.”

“We came for the sleepy town and leashless beaches, and included local tourism to beach days such as H2OBX which has a nice "vacation pass" for when beach swimming wasnt an option due to rip tides. We still had 3 really nice beach days which was a short walk away from the house. That being said there were some down sides. Being ON duck road made the deck experience null as relaxing or sitting on your phone was drowned out from the noise from commuter traffic. Also, the decks, outside, and……

“We booked a last minute stay here for Mother's Day weekend and were so happy with this property. Everything was clean and prepped for our short stay and management was very communicative. It is very close to the beach which was exactly what we wanted and on a quiet street. The inside was set up perfect for us - we had 2 families so one could stay upstairs and the other downstairs with everything we needed. Would highly recommend this property and would stay here again! “My wife and I have a 6yr old and 4 yr old. This place was an absolute perfect place to stay on our OBX vacation. The place was very clean and put together when we arrived. There was good communication with the host from the beginning to the end. The place is a short 5-10 minute drive from most of the Kitty Hawk beach access points. The pool is a short walk away from the place and was a big hit with our kids. The outside patio was comfortable and quiet. We had a really lovely stay here.”
