“The staff, especially Marie! the fact that they loved our dogs and the location in that order. Special thanks to Marie and the staff that secured our vehicle keys and vehicle toolbox when we left. Their personal items in there that made it priceless. And the staff were so kind ready to mail it to me but luckily I was close and just came to pick them up.”

“The room was clean and comfy. We stayed 2 nights. Easy to check in and out. The pool situation was a little weird as its across the street. It was nice and private. It could use a good scrubbing though. I'd stay there again. ”

“i was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel room - especially the bathroom!! additionally the owners were dealing with a really difficult customer for a long time and they always held their composure and were kind even when the customer wasn’t granting them any understanding of the situation. also super helpful that 7-11 was right across the street!!”

“I love that it was only 10 mins walk from the boardwalk. Dogs are welcomed. Staff were nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. The upgrade price wasn’t that bad. Quiet place and area. Pool and hot tub were available. They should bring the breakfast back and have the coffee machine available 24/7 especially it’s always cold in santa cruz. We loved our stay and we recommend the hotel for sure! ”
