“Earl was fantastic and provided us with lots of information about getting around. He was such a friendly face to see each day. FREE breakfast was a great! Eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, hot oatmeal, fruit, etc. There's a 7-11 on the corner if you need anything else though. Easy walk over to Dockside buses thru the employee parking area of the resort which was perfectly safe and well lit. They clean every other day or you can ask for a restock of anything at anytime. ”

“I reserved 5 Rooms for 5 persons at 12/4-12/5 from “Hotels.com”, and I choose “Pay at property” , which means the receipt will provided by Mai Hana. But Mai Hana reject my request and I don't know how to approch "Hotels.com", and call Mai Hana & writing still not receive Mai Hana's help. ”
