“Home was clean and well decorated. Very spacious and the kids loved the themed bunk room. Private pool was small but paid for the heat which was worth it. Resort amenities are somewhat underwhelming ”

“We check-in at late night, there’s only one security guard seat on a chair and no one work on the front desk. The security guard had to wake up the receptionist. He was not welcome at all and carry a bad mood while he was helping us to check-in. We booked a king size bedroom online but the receptionist gave us a room with 2queens size bed without telling us the king size bedroom were full. “We absolutely loved our stay at this resort. When we arrived, we went to the front desk and checked in with a young man and then met the concierge, Virgil. He was a very charismatic gentleman that gave us a breakdown of the Orlando area and local activities.The room itself had a jacuzzi, multiple bedrooms, a full kitchen, living room, multiple bathrooms, and every amenity we needed. “We chose this property over a hotel room for location and the fact that it had a small kitchen. We wanted to save money by preparing our own breakfast before we headed out to the parks. The stove would not heat well and it took an hour to cook 4 pieces of bacon. When we messaged the owner we did not get a response. The carpet in the room is extremely dirty. It turned out kids socks black immediately. The unit is private so you are not able to get towels if you need more than the 4 provided. We……
