“Home was clean and well decorated. Very spacious and the kids loved the themed bunk room. Private pool was small but paid for the heat which was worth it. Resort amenities are somewhat underwhelming ”

“We check-in at late night, there’s only one security guard seat on a chair and no one work on the front desk. The security guard had to wake up the receptionist. He was not welcome at all and carry a bad mood while he was helping us to check-in. We booked a king size bedroom online but the receptionist gave us a room with 2queens size bed without telling us the king size bedroom were full. When I call the front desk to switch the room, it was the security guard informed us this bad news without……

“We absolutely loved our stay at this resort. When we arrived, we went to the front desk and checked in with a young man and then met the concierge, Virgil. He was a very charismatic gentleman that gave us a breakdown of the Orlando area and local activities.The room itself had a jacuzzi, multiple bedrooms, a full kitchen, living room, multiple bathrooms, and every amenity we needed.
