“The upstairs apartment is CLEAN,modern and very well outfitted. Host does not skimp on appliances,provisions nor quality of linens. Even the tv was easy to figure out and if you rent often ,you know that can be a hassle. Good water pressure in the shower. The air conditioning worked well! “My boyfriend and I came to Orlando for a weekend for a concert at the Kia Center. The place was just perfect for a weekend trip, best part was we walked to the concert venue and back so we didn’t have to deal with traffic. The place was cozy and quiet with super easy parking and everything. My only thing is the lock on the door was hard to operate (user error) but once I figured out how to work it all was well! Host is very friendly and helpful. I’ll happily stay here again the next time we go……

“I was expecting a room with an adjacent bathroom and was quite pleasantly surprised to find an entire, neatly kept apartment in a nice, new development close to where we wanted to be! Instructions for access were clearly communicated, and this place was a very pleasant retreat for our evenings after long days. Only thing missing is there is no pool.”
