“This property worked out really well for 10-12 of us to celebrate a nephew's graduation at Rollins College. Lots of bathroom space helped! Shower pressure was fantastic--noted by several of us independently. The large 2nd floor patio made a great outdoor living space. Owner was a timely communicator, and we had no issues during our stay. The location is great for downtown Orlando events. It was a convenient 15 minute drive to Rollins College for graduation. The neighborhood has some great walks……

“We all had a great time. The property was perfect for our needs and almost exactly as described. Plenty of space for everyone. Our only small advice to those booking here is to know that the game room only has old NES-style simulators and no modem gaming systems. We also had to provide our own charging cables for those systems or they wouldn't have worked. (Thank goodness my husband had what was needed in his tech bag.) If we'd known to bring our own gaming systems, the game room would have been……
