"I’ve been to Orlando nearly 10 times, and this is by far the most expensive yet most disappointing hotel I’ve stayed at. Don’t be fooled by the promotional photos—if you’re looking for a comfortable, quality stay, this isn’t it. The room wasn’t terrible, but absolutely not worth the price—more like a motel than a proper hotel. Only one slow elevator for the entire building, the other was out of service the entire time,so there were always lines. The room was small, damp, and had a strange smell. The coffee machine worked on and off, and the AC was loud and likely unclean—I woke up with a sore throat. The location is isolated—you need a car to go anywhere. Worst of all, one front desk staff (a woman wearing a mask) was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I lightly cleared my throat, she snapped at me to cover my mouth in a harsh tone. If she’s so uncomfortable around guests, she shouldn’t be working in hospitality."

"Overall is good in hardwares for this level of hotel with such prices. However, when compared with my previous hotel in disneyworld, their services are not as good as the other with its price is lower. "
