“I was there for a Dr. Appt. My daughter is blind, she was in her own adjoining room. I left my side of the door propped open in case i was needed. She needed to use the bathroom during the night & got turned around & ended up in my room. Her side of the door automatically shut. There she is stuck in my room without access back into her room. Prior to bed, i showed her the door lock & safety latch. At 2 a.m. im wondering how to get her back to her room knowing I'd locked her up tight. Fortunately……

“They need new maids the hotel staff is great they are all friendly and go out if their way for you but the rooms are not clean AT ALL! THEY NEED NEW MAIDS!!! “The front desk staff on the night shift on July 12 was a lady. Although I don't know her name, she was very enthusiastic and helpful, and her attitude was great! The hotel environment is also good, clean and tidy, and relatively quiet! “The floor I was on which was the 3rd floor smelled like cat pee. The First Lady I had that told me check in was at 4 and I asked if I could pay for an early check in she said they didn’t offer that but after doing some searching it said they did if you paid $20 so I was very upset about that if I hadn’t already paid for the room and could cancel and get my money back I would have went to a different hotel. The room was very nice though considering the smell on the 3rd floor the room did not……
