“Once i finally git checked into the room the accommodations and location were perfect. The virtual check-in process was frustrating. Once i finally got a live human on the phone i was checked in and could get into my room after sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes. ”

“They called prior to my arrival to confirm my stay. Asked about the location of my room ... was not ocean front with balcony but asked if they could accommodate and said they would do what they could, considering there was a 10 day event going on. Arrived only to find out that they DID reserve an ocean front w/balcony room for me!!! Thank you 'HENRY' for going out of your way for a stranger. You're the BEST front desk manager.”

“Ann moved us to an ocean view room. It was excellent. The only issues with the unit were the noisy fan in the 2nd bathroom and the icemaker apparently didn't work (or we couldn't figure out how to turn it on, which is more likely the case). All room amenities were clean and operated well. Our only comment regarding the facility as a whole .... the reception/check in office on the 3rd floor is rather inconvenient. ”

“Beach view was amazing! Very clean condo. Nice, updated kitchen and appliances. The air conditioning worked great! Not too many things for my toddler to possibly break, I did have to put the pretty glass lamp in the closet to keep it safe haha! Would come back to this exact condo if given the chance. Super sweet of the host to leave complimentary wine and chocolate! My family and I had fun! Definitely try pegasus pizza my family loved it! My whole family loved the pool and pickleball court! ”
