“I was very skeptical on booking here because of the other reviews. But wow Was I wrong! As soon as I was in to get pre registered the ladies at the desk we nothing short of polite and a warm greeting. Our room was ready on time and the view was just amazing! The pools and water slides were open the entire time we were there except for a very short time when they were cleaning it (which was appreciated) the kids loved that it was just a short walk to the beach and back to the pool. “We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful, the amenities were perfect for us (complimentary round of golf, massages available onsite at the spa, shopping both at the convenient store & boutique). Overall, we were very disappointed by the condition of our room. The room smelled of mildew and years of smoking.
