“Great staff, great suites, just the cleanliness of the carpets, rugs, hallways, and elevators is a bit worn down and outdated, but this is fine. I like that the resort didn't feel corporate and felt family-friendly. I think if they replaced the carpets, it'd do wonders for the place.”

“when I booked it stated that all taxes and fees were included, what you see is what you pay. When I checked in, I was told a $20 dollar a day parking charge would be added to my card. When I checked out, there was also a $2.60 per day parking tax added - total of $67.80 for parking which I was not made aware of when I booked. The bed pillows were horrible, But everything else was very enjoyable.”

“We had a two night stay and everything went well. My husband had more contact with the staff than I did but the room was clean, the beach view was perfect. We were on the corner. The kids enjoyed having access to the indoor pool.”

“Amazing place ”

“Would stay again at this property again. Parking is limited at hotel, but there is plenty of parking alloted for the hotel across the street. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet options available. Direct access to the beach was a plus. View from our deck was amazing. Really enjoyed the swimming pool after a morning at the beach. Also enjoyed the small lazy river pool. The tiki bar at the pool had good drink options. Overall the hotel was good. The hotel does need some upgrades and our bathroom was on……

“Our stay was great. Room was clean. Loved the parking garage option. Only reason not for a complete 4 star is that it could use some upgrading. Great customer service.”
