“The house is spectacular. Brand new, great location, tons of room, great sunset views. The representative from the management company was wonderful… responsive and informative. The only negatives were the HVAC that didn’t work for a couple days, a broken toilet and some bedroom blinds that wouldn’t go down. You’d prefer not to have repairmen in your house at all hours. Once the owner gets those items fixed, I would recommend the house for a large family that wants a very high end experience. A……

“This house is beautiful. It is beautifully decorated and so much thought put into the little details. The host is so responsive and helpful with everything. My family enjoyed the pool and the spa. We did get it heated being that it was still early in the season. Without a doubt will be going back. ”

“We chose this because of proximity to our condo and Price. Very disappointed, though that it had not been cleaned and there were bugs in the bathroom and in the fold out couch. Local person did offer to send over a cleaning crew at no expense the second day Also, one of the chairs had a broken leg and one of our people almost fell when sitting It was, however, a very nice location.”

“We couldn't ask for a better property to enjoy a family vacation. Joe provided us with a welcome gift of wine, amenities such as bikes, beach chairs, and a cooler. It was very easy to enjoy a beach day with using those items. The pool scenery was unbelievable. We are able to play music on the TV outside and fire up the grill. The was plenty of space for every family having their own bedroom, as well as spending every evening in the living room. We will definitely stay again down the road.”

“This property is in a great location. A Publix and 3 very good restaurants were less than a mile away. The duplex was very clean and the view of the bay water was wonderful. I spent a lot of free time on the deck that had a very nice table and chairs. We used the brand new grill one night. I used the paddle board and went around the canals and out to the bay near the channel. I was followed by several dolphins! I used one of the bikes to ride to the beach a couple of times. Everything……

“Property was a great location especially if you're a fan of ice cream! Royal Scoop is a very short walk. Barefoot beach is ten minutes away and there are plenty of great restaurants. Plus Publix grocery store is just down the road. We'll be back! ”

“We all had a great time! Home in which we stayed was very nice. Communication with Host was excellent. It was close to multiple beaches& great places to eat. Having available beach chairs, beach cart, bicycles & corn hole game was awesome. Home was clean & had great mattresses on all the beds. ”
