“The room was not cleaned the way it should have been. The dresser had sticky stuff on the surface. I had to actually go out and buy some cleaning products to make sure that it was scrubbed down. The tub is in desperate need of being replaced because it looks filthy, but it is just that stained. The mirrors are flaking off need to be repainted or replaced. “Staff was friendly and accessible when needed. All facilities (room, gym, pool, elevators, lobby, etc.) were kept clean and tidy. For the most part, the building was pretty quiet, especially during nighttime hours. Conveniently located very near to a couple of quick food options, and within a very reasonable drive to Lakewood for more trendy options, plus not far from downtown Cleveland. Very conveniently located for all of the things we wanted to do. ”
